Refunds & Cancellations

Because each tarot reading is personally prepared and intuitively crafted just for you, the following cancellation policy applies:

Cancel within 24 hours of booking/payment → 🟢 Full refund
Cancel within 48 hours → 🟡 50% refund
Cancel after 48 hours or once the reading has been completed → 🔴 No refund

Please note:
Once a reading has been started or delivered, it is considered a completed service and is non-refundable.

I appreciate your understanding that time, focus, and energy go into preparing each reading, whether or not it’s opened or read immediately. Thank you for respecting this boundary.

Readings are non-transferable and cannot be gifted, transferred to others, or substituted without prior agreement.

Availability and Rescheduling

All services are subject to availability. If we need to cancel or reschedule, we’ll contact you using the details you provided and arrange a new time at no extra charge.
